It’s an action packed day for the kids at the May 20 Farmers Market! Here’s the rundown:

Music

The Beverly All Stars, a local jazz band, will perform from 10 am to 12 pm.

Special Activities

Artist Cathy Sorich of Marvelous Faces will be at the market to delight children with her face painting. (She comes every other week!) Plus, we’ll have the wonderful Erin Yanz of Erin’s Farm, a nonprofit animal rescue and sanctuary farm, will bring her petting zoo to the market!

Community Tent

The Children’s Librarian from the Beverly Branch of the Chicago Public Library will be on hand to share some of her favorite stories and activities for your little ones.

Vendors

We’ll have a full complement of participating vendors, with farmers bringing fresh produce, meats, plants, and other items. Plus delicious fare including homemade crepes, tamales, bread, cheese, and more will be available to enjoy on site!
