We’re here for the businesses on 95th Street
Who We Are
Since 1958, the 95th Street Beverly Hills Business Association has supported the commercial district between Ashland and Western Avenues. We are a nonprofit association that promotes local businesses and provides opportunities for education, networking, financing, beautification, and property maintenance.
The 95th Street Beverly Hills Business Association is contracted with the City of Chicago to manage Special Service Area Number 4, a stretch of 95th Street that extends from Western Avenue to Ashland. The Association provides a range of valuable services to the SSA businesses, including promotional support, maintenance of the public way, safety and other functions. The city requires all SSA administrators to share their financial records. You can find ours at the links below.
The 95th Street Farmers Market has been a staple at the corner of 95th Street and Longwood Drive since the City of Chicago established its farmers and community markets program in 1979. The 95th Street Beverly Hills Business Association took over the management of the market from the city in 2015. The market has blossomed in recent years, with the addition of new vendors, plus family friendly programming, including a community tent, live music, face painting, and food prepared on site for purchase.
Members are invited to attend monthly Board Meetings on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 8 am. at the Original Pancake House, 10437 South Western Avenue. These meetings are an excellent opportunity for business owners and managers to share experiences and collaborate with one another. (Please note, there is no meeting in August or December.)
Your membership matters.
Joining the Association is the first step to becoming a more engaged member of our local business community. Your $50 annual membership pays for itself in ways you may not have considered.
